Increasing employee development via our AI Training Needs Analysis & Learning Management System

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Everyone is trying to build with the biggest AI model.

I'm increasingly interested in something different:
What if your company only needed a model that was extremely good at YOUR work?

I've been fine-tuning small models, generating synthetic datasets and evaluating specialised tool-use systems.

I'm hosting a technical session:
The SLM Opportunity: Build AI That Knows Your Business

I'll show what we're learning—and where I think the real enterprise opportunity is.

Comment SLM and I'll send you the registration link.

Your company doesn't have a people problem. It may have a learning system problem.

Your employees may be capable.

But if knowledge is scattered across WhatsApp, Google Drive, spreadsheets and people's heads, people will struggle to perform consistently.

Before asking:
"Why isn't my team performing?"

Ask:
"Have we built a system that helps them learn what they need to know?"

That's one of the problems we're trying to solve with Semis.

What's your organisation's biggest employee learning challenge right now?

If your company’s knowledge lives in people’s heads, you’re one resignation away from a knowledge leak.

I have seen this play out in teams and businesses, but I can help you change the narrative. If you're serious about this, join my webinar, and let's see how we can help. Comment SEMIS to get the link.

Business owner, HR, Line Manager, or in Learning Development, this is for you.

Why should your team and organisation's only source of knowledge be from an employee's memory ?

Your team is not always underperforming because they do not care.

Sometimes, they are doing their best with unclear processes, scattered documents, and no shared learning management system.

When knowledge lives in one manager’s head, business growth depends on whether that person is available. That is not scale. That is operational risk.

Build systems that help people learn, find answers, and perform without constant escalation.

Today, I use @reisparsemis lms - learning management system because growth is about systems.
