With workplace and commercial culture so heavily focused on optimization and digital speed, we wanted to take a deliberate step back for @l_d_f_official @shoreditchdesignweek ​We wanted to create something slower and more contemplative - a space for our community to pause, reflect, and reset. ​Quiet Volumes, curated by Relay Design Agency, brings together new furniture and lighting design that explores raw materiality and a tactile, haptic approach to engagement. Set within a monastic, pared-back environment, the exhibition invites visitors to re-engage with the physical world. Defined by a pared-back extruded aluminium profile, the system reduces the table to its essential elements while allowing functionality to be added where needed through a series of customizable accessories. ⁠ ⁠ Designed for public environments such as restaurants, canteens, airports, events, offices and other high-traffic spaces, HANG ON responds to the demands of contemporary shared environments. Introducing the new Concert chair from @plushalle designed by @jamiewolfond ⁠ A wooden chair designed for spaces that bring people together. Its distinctive form is defined by a half-round profile that shapes the entire structure. When placed side by side, these profiles combine to form a complete circle using small magnets, creating the impression of a single shared leg. ⁠ ⁠ Arranged in rows, CONCERT Chairs create a calm and cohesive expression, making them particularly suited to conference rooms, auditoriums, educational settings, hospitality environments, and other gathering spaces. ⁠ ⁠ Like a good team member, the CONCERT Chair performs well on its own—and even better together.
