🌞 Soundsystem update 🌞

Joining the rig are four 21" subs that adds a bit of extra bottom end to the setup.

These things easily reach down to 30hz and take tons of power, looking forward to getting them out in the wild by @releaf____

Still trying to catch up after a lovely, hectic, friend filled summer 🥰

Shout out to @liminalevent for organising one of the highlights of the year with their summit session. Still cant quite believe a few hundred of you ascended the steel hills of Arthur Seat to watch us

Full recording of that now on youtube, links in my bio 👆

We recorded all the sets so keep an eye out for those

Slide 1 - a wild @bartek_lech appears, attracted by the two step and bassline 😂
Slide 2 - Helena and @duartealvarez7 bringing me cherry's 🍒
Slide 3 - Just enjoying a wee roller with the crowd
Slide 4 - never give me a mic again 🤭

With a new year comes a new shift in focus. Going forward, we’ll be putting more energy into what’s been growing in the background: The GRDN sound system.

To help us take things up a level, we’re extremely excited to welcome @j.nanda__ to the team as our new sound and lighting guru. He’s worked across some of Edinburgh’s best underground clubs, as well as legendary festivals like @kelburnparties . He's a safe pair of hands and brings some big energy.

This year expect more collaborations, odd spaces and proper parties. We’ve already got some exciting link-ups and we’re buzzing to take the rig further.

It's that time of the month again, catch my show on @ehfm_live 2pm until 4pm.

This time round I've got a special recording from the final @grdnedin event at @peoples.leisure.club

Expect some slow dubby techy sounds followed by @bartek_lech filling the second half of the show with some real dancy disco and house. by @releaf____

Tonight is the night! Catch the @grdnedin crew wrapping up their last residency night at @peoples.leisure.club

Looking back through all the tracks I've played for GRDN brought back so many nice memories :) So much so I've put together a list (slide 7 & 8)

Here's a few choice picks:
1. I played this on the first night and the whole room burst into maximum energy. It's never left the record bag since.
2. Another one I play all the time to get the feet moving
3. Playing on top of Arthurseat for @liminalevent, watching all the lovely people dance with Edinburgh as a backdrop
4. Something about the whipping sound that gets people feral 🦯
5. This one has closed many a night, such a nice come down tune.
6. The song we use when tuning the sound system 🔊 by @releaf____

Get tuned in and drop me a message in the chat ❤️

This month I've got a very special recording from @anthonygucc who opened up our summit session with @liminalevent & @grdnedin last Saturday.

I'm still recovering from that event tbh, can't quite believe we managed to haul a soundsystem up Arthur seat and so many of you were willing to come for a dance 💃🕺

Big shout out to the crew that helped out and all the lovely people I met. What an amazing community we have by @releaf____
