Not really sure what I’m doing anymore. 13 years at this and this starting point is rough. After getting in the best shape I’ve been in personally . Injuries shortly followed after and the last 10 months have been a struggle finding my headspace and relationship with the gym again. Took all of May off . Didn’t think about or even remotely come near this place. A little over a month back. Bicep. Triceps tendinitis maybe, shoulder . Whatever . Point is I’m here. I can move. I can try. I’ll break more shit before I quit and bitch the whole way. I thought tearing my chest was the end but I learned to train better after . Whatever’s after this I hope is better.

Talk about it . Proud of you . by @reliabro

S15 is getting fixed ! Settled with insurance . Keeping the car . An absolute pain with progressive . What initially they said was a 2k fix . Then wanting to total it. To finally keeping it and getting money to fix it . It’ll be better than when I first got it ! 🫶

Haven’t posted anything training related in some time.. which is why the cars and dogs have kind of been it .. First time in 13 years I’ve taken more than a week off . Been 3 now.. started growing a disdain for the gym. I was navigating injuries since my last showing. And it would get slightly better .. then worse. It’s hard to want to be there doing so much less or fighting with so little knowing you can do more . With that, trying to prep for another show and my body being even more stubborn the flame just burned out.. 13 years and never thought I’d grow to hate the gym… but I did.. didn’t want to be there. No muscle connection. Just forcing myself through the motions. Wild to feel like that over the one constant I’ve always had.. anyway. Starting to miss it now .. hopefully that’s a good sign. I really just want to love training again above all else.. enjoy it . Have fun. Get a good pump. Walk out feeling good. @theokayestcoach said that. Just love this shit again. by @reliabro
