Official Race photos dropped and all of a sudden I’m craving another training block 👀 the feeling of being completely surrounded by other goal-driven individuals grinding it out up and down a mountain is astounding. Yet in this moment I also felt completely in my own world. Ready 🔒

Shoutout to the guy in the green sweater beside me and the woman running with him! I was in second place from the second hill on and they hunted me down the last 2.5k. They pushed me to a find a new gear on the hills to try and lose them. Ultimately they’d catch me on the steep downhill of the last km and though I was saved monetarily by single file trail, they got me when it opened up again.

The best part of the day was getting to celebrate with you guys crossing the finish line 🥳 and then second best might have to be the Canmore bagel company after 🤤 New PB on getting people to race with me : 4 🤠

Hey look it’s the guy who cooked me on the second hill, haven’t seen him since 🏎️💨 loved this race and can’t wait to come back for redemption @rnestendurance taken in Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park by @relli_97

All of Strava is lost wondering “where is Spider-Man?”… he’s been on summer vacation and enjoying not having to run 20-30km training runs on the weekend! I feel like we did a bit of everything and after Toronto I can unfortunately say I’ve seen everything 🥴😅 Woke up today and it hit me that the @edmontonmarathon is only 39 days away and D Money needs to get the cowboy boots off and the runners back on 🏎️💨 Time to get back to work #runwithrelli by @relli_97

💙💚 It’s not about the running. It’s about what you learn about yourself along the way! This has been by far the hardest, but most rewarding experience I’ve ever taken on! I’m so grateful to have a run club of friends to get me out the door(and trick me into running more km’s than I said we would), such a supportive fiancé with me every step of the way , and a brother to run into the storm with! Vibes were at an all time high in every training run with @boko4_ and then we got down to business on race Sunday! Despite how painful that last 5k was we somehow managed to float across the finish line 😂I can’t wait for our redemption run next year 🏎️💨 by @relli_97
