I can turn water into electricity. I mix @well3official electrolytes in a glass of water. Say the magic words “Very Lekker” as I drink. 7 seconds later I start generating light so bright I become a “powerhouse” 🤩✨🤩 Flows better when it’s free!! My friends want to know, how are things going?

In real life: I feel confident in God’s plan for me, my community and my work. We are everything we need.

In unreal life: Thoughts are going slow and at a steady pace, not too fast 🏎️🏁. Kinda like I’m outta the race. But from the beginning, no matter what we going through, we will always be winning. ✨

And what am I doing now?

To stay alive: I am doing what I need to do to keep the pace peaceful and playful.

To make money: 1on1 consultations for parents; regulation classes for kids and training for teachers.

I am filled with gratitude for the connections we share,
Dancing, sharing, and laughing, without a care 💃.
The spark of love and understanding lit a fire,
In our hearts, a sense of belonging, we desire 😊.

From Doms to Dream circle, From Dream circle to Dance therapy, From dining to meditation with thy own tree, moments we did weave,

A treasure trove of love, in this space, we’re not afraid 💕.Not forgetting the foot massage from a special Empress Ren Naidoo which distress my foot and give Ras strength to continue with my learning at Kunda,after I have walked 6km from Dangwe arts and culture village, my home and crossed the river and climbed so rocks for Kufunda. Also thank you all whom I have danced with.It was amazing and therapeutic, you made my learning so swift through the 5 elements of livity.For the Cambodian ladies we really Fulljoyed the Cambodian snack.See picture below i am making it write now.The kitchen crew we fulljoyed all the vegan ital especially the sesame pudding,so healthy and testy,Germany ladies thank you for revealing Spatzle noodles making ,I Fulljoyed the knowledge and I am sharing it with Dangwe arts community.

Friendship is my favorite mode of travel in this world! @sivngesi and I make friendship look easy in these pics because thats the way it should be 🙌

My confidence and self care grew under Siv’s support. The love and safety he grown up around can only mirror back the love and safety seen in these pics. I cringe at pics of myself usually but this man makes me want to figure out why that is and love myself more. In this moment too is photographer and soul sister @buyelwa who makes my cute face come alive. “Try it again Mama!!” - Learning something new means unlearning something old. My goal is always to have fun trying!! I found my fun and super fun people when I let go of my addiction to being perfect and my fear of expressing my inner state out loud. An intense year of grieving and growing into a new way of being a mother and family.

My Pride and Joy deserve all the glory for keeping us in Love. Here’s to a new chapter of twinning together and apart. Separate but never divided in heart and soul mission.
