Using a hurdle (or line of hurdles) is one of my favorite ways to warm up a team and work on hip mobility prior to training.

If you don’t have a hurdle or are in a gym setting 👇🏽

✔️Set up with a barbell in a squat rack or attach a band across the J Hooks

90/90 Hip Switches

A simple exercise that targets mobility and stability at your hips.

Variables to change intensity:
✔️ Speed of hip switches
✔️ Amount of time you hold knee drive (into ground)
✔️ Sub-maximal to maximal effort of knee drive
✔️Maintain upright trunk

Did our first real hike in Washington and it was perfect! Despite the rain and fog we had the best time 🏔️💚

Roma was living her best life!! Got to explore with some friends who brought the very important mid hike sour gummy worms! Ate lots of pretzels, saw LOTS of moss, and smiled the whole way up and down!! I love this big beautiful green world. Feel so grateful to be able to see the beauty that Mother Nature creates. It’s our job to protect and respect her and everything she gives us every day.

Ended the day with some delicious Thai food from @manaoseattle and our favorite brown butter cookies. Could not have asked for a better weekend!
