Roll-down bar exercise 🦋

Lat Press Kneeling on Cadillac one of my fav
Great for core control especially for lordosis or who struggle with ankle stability.

This is how I prep myself before Thigh Stretch, i gonna lean with my legs.

This is the advanced exercise “hinge” you have to activate glute and core muscle.

**If your client has a patella issue, pls skip it!**

Hinge w/ extension is quite hard for me as someone with a flat back 🥹 Sorry for my extension… hahahahah

Actually, for this exercise, when you extend your thorax, make sure you use your retractor muscles and open your chest.

Airplane is an advanced exercise too kaa! ✈️
It’s good for spinal articulation, but you have to work a lot with your glutes & abs 🥹🥹🥹
Sorry, my Airplane is not that good, I have to practice this one moreeee 😊

Hip Roll is the one of my favs to do every day! Quite simple, but sooo good for spinal articulation

This one is not in the book, but I created it for those who need to work on feet stability. I press the roll down bar to create some resistance and challenge the core control during the exercise.💫

And thank you for the best grip socks from @toesox help me a lot 🧦✨ taken in Pulse Pilates BKK by @rendearkwang
