THIS SATURDAY 🌞 we have nice weather after all, so we will be extending the end of our last @rendezvous.roc beach day of the year to 6P 🏖 co-founders and resident DJs @maxxie.1129 and @brianbuttlett will be taking turns on decks providing the soundtrack all day long ✨ the weather is looking great with temps between high 60s - low 70s and sunny conditions, so plan accordingly as the sun goes down 🧣 see you at LOT A of DURAND EASTMAN BEACH this Saturday afternoon beginning 12P taken in Durand Eastman Beach by @rendezvous.roc

it's been higly requested so this year, we are doing one final queer beach day on saturday 09.12.2026 to wrap up our summer 🌞 it will be a bit cooler so it's going to be a more cozy setup with just the co-founders/residents @brianbuttlett and @maxxie.1129 going back-to-back from noon to 5p (weather permitting) 🏖 we hope to see you on the beach one last time

‼️ ATTENTION ‼️ after a final forecast assessment and some community input, we have decided we are back and moving forward with tomorrow’s @rendezvous.roc 🏖️ we apologize and appreciate everyone’s patience with us as we navigate the best + safest possible decision for an optimal beach experience for everyone and our gear

⚠️ UPDATES ⚠️ tomorrow’s beach day will begin at 1pm: one hour later than usual due to a local triathlon ending at noon. we will also be monitoring weather into the evening, with preparedness to cut things short if necessary

A 2+ hour sonic summertime journey on the cooling waters of Lake Ontario *notes about the set below*

- beginning on lush Balearic vibes with a silly lil opener;
- building with infusions of Italo, funk, nu disco, jazz, Latin, and electronica sounds;
- a sprinkling of summery pop moments + a couple requests I actually fit in (“I know we shouldn’t make requests, but - 🤭”)
- transitions into euphoric proggy house and Eurodance;
- a bouncy switch into the iconic soundscapes of Detroit, Miami, Atlanta;
- a nod to 90’s alt rock and Kingdom Hearts fans;
- a sunshine burst of frutiger aero, emulating feelings of laying on a digital beach in a computer screensaver

we just want to pop in and say thank you again for joining us at our first RENDEZVOUS of the year! 🥰 we had such a fabulous time kicking off the summer with you all! 😘 shout-out to our DJs @maxxie.1129 @analogirony @scarlett.fire.420 @dirtywifi1 and @tom_abrams for providing great tunes for the day 🎶 major love to our friends at @gayme.nite and COAP for collaborating with us and providing the activities 🏐 huge thank you for everyone who donated 💸 your contributions allow us to pay our DJs for their time and cover our expenses 👛 last but certainly not least, thank you to all the volunteers for helping with setup and breakdown 💪 we surely couldn't have done it as efficiently without your help
