“The wilderness is an untamed unpredictable place of solitude and searching. It is a place as dangerous as it is breathtaking, a place as sought after as it is feared. But it is also the place of true belonging, and it’s the bravest and most sacred place you will ever stand.” - Brene Brown I am so grateful for the trip of a lifetime. There’s a reason why photographers often list Iceland as their favorite place to photograph. The VAST UNTAMED beauty is at every turn. After taking over 40,000 photos, and traversing nearly half of Iceland, I am convinced that no photographs can truly capture its full glory and magnificence. Iceland, I will forever be in awe of your breathtaking epic beauty. I am forever imprinted by the experience of ICELAND…🤍 . . ©️2023 @renee_cara . . . #iceland #goiceland #icelandphotography #traveliceland #epicbeauty #naturephotography #glaciers #ice #travelphotography #fineartphotography #icelandinstagram #naturenurture #mothernature taken in Iceland by @renee_cara

NEW Series | PEONIES Collection | “She Blooms” 🤍 —- With thousands of peonies photographed over a decade, the Peony Collection showcases this beautiful species in all her glory—and in various stages of life. Each series within the collection explores the delicate balance between life and death, capturing the peony as she radiates in bloom — and then as she softens, fades — and ultimately surrenders, to decay. By celebrating the rare beauty and perspective in every stage of the process of life & death, the Peony Collection blends the boundaries —and makes peace with a society obsessed with perfection. In the end, what was found within each flower, was a light illuminating from within—begging to be photographed, no matter how close it seemed ready to be forgotten. — The “She Blooms” Series celebrates the peony in full bloom—with lush, expansive flowers in both a neutral and colorful palette. ~ Limited Edition WANDERINGS™ PEONIES Collection: “The Space in Between” Series : “With photographs shot when most flowers would be discarded, this series reveals an unsung beauty & lightness found in the later stages of life. Floating in space and illuminated by light, an ethereal glow transcends – through organic, fluid and fantastical forms.” ———- Background: “I shot hundreds of peonies over a decade, exploring the peony flower from bud to bloom to decay. What transpired was the Limited Edition WANDERINGS™ PEONIES Collection :: a Collection of many series & images that push boundaries, to celebrate each flower’s entire lifecycle – illuminating the delicate balance between life & decay, and the stages in between. I captured the bloom and the fall, as colors and forms shifted, and new perspectives emerged. In doing so, the Collection reflects upon the circle of life, the definition of beauty…and challenges a society obsessed with perfection.” All images ©️2026 @renee_cara @wander.brand.co #peonies #fineartphotography #flowersofinstagram #wallart #interiordesign by @renee_cara
