the headlines love a little drama, but real life keeps going. people are still growing their families, downsizing, relocating, and finding their next place to call home.

the market doesn't have to be perfect for the timing to be right for you.

thinking about a move? let's talk. no pressure, just the real scoop.

📅 save for later 📅

fall in dallas is here(ish,) and your calendar is about to get super full. 🍂

i rounded up what's happening around town from now through Thanksgiving, so you don't have to go digging.

a few highlights:

🎨 Cottonwood Art Festival | this weekend in Richardson
🎃 Autumn at the Arboretum | through Nov 1
🤠 State Fair of Texas | through Oct 18
🍻 Oktoberfest at Flag Pole Hill | Oct 24
🦃 Turkey Trot + Cowboys on Thanksgiving | Nov 26

swipe for the full list, including a few close-to-home favorites. two Oktoberfest's in one neighborhood... pace yourself.

save this one for later, and tag who you're bringing. which one are you hitting first?

🌟 c l o s e d 🌟 in Lake Highlands

some transactions are smooth sailing. this one had a few waves... and a quick timeline to match. a huge thank you to @louiseboll_dallasrealtor, who was on the other side of this one. calm, patient, and completely professional from start to finish. she's also my friend and office buddy, so I already knew she was great. ♥️

people don't always realize how much the agent across the table matters. when both sides are working together to get to the closing table, that's when the magic happens.
congrats to my client, and cheers to Louise, the best kind of colleague.

Lake Highlands and Dallas friends... meet @sorella_dallas. i met one of the owners today, ordered some takeout, and got a little peek at this lovely new spot. go check it out during their #softopening and show them some LH love. 🍝 🥖 🇮🇹

it took me a lonnnng time to truly appreciate @dollyparton. i was what you'd call a #latebloomer to the Dolly Fan Club. but after countless friends started spamming me with all things Dolly, i couldn't help but see her humanity, her inner beauty, and yes, i even learned to really appreciate her timeless voice and song writing ability. it's sad to lose such an icon, but i know her beloved husband welcomed her this morning in a beautiful reunion. so many things to love about her. today i've actually discovered songs of hers that i'd never heard before. if you have a fave, share it below, bc i'm creating a playlist that'll probably remain on repeat for who in the world knows how long?! #WWDD #LetHerFly #ThereWasJesus #iWillwaysLoveYou

classic... love this art!
