your next client isn't a number on a spreadsheet or a check at the closing table. they're a family figuring out where life goes next. a first-time buyer who's nervous. someone selling the house they raised their kids in. that's a lot of trust to hand someone, and i never take it lightly. thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their next chapter. 🤍 renée barfoot | dave perry-miller real estate words by @tannerhelm #reneebarfootrealestate #dallasrealtor #dallasrealestate #daveperrymiller #realtorlife

... 🌟 c l o s e d 🌟 in Lake Highlands some transactions are smooth sailing. this one had a few waves... and a quick timeline to match. a huge thank you to @louiseboll_dallasrealtor, who was on the other side of this one. calm, patient, and completely professional from start to finish. she's also my friend and office buddy, so I already knew she was great. ♥️ people don't always realize how much the agent across the table matters. when both sides are working together to get to the closing table, that's when the magic happens. congrats to my client, and cheers to Louise, the best kind of colleague. #RBRE #reneebarfootrealestate #weloveLH #dallasrealestate #sold
