Something's been shifting in my business lately.

I've been coaching women through trauma and transformation for years now, and I keep seeing the same pattern:

Brilliant, capable women who can SEE their next chapter clearly, who know exactly who they want to become, but feel completely stuck in the doorway.

They're not lacking vision. They're not lacking capability.

They're standing at a threshold, and the gap between "here" and "there" feels impossibly wide.

I've realized that my business needs to reflect this journey more authentically.

Because the most powerful work I do happens in that sacred in-between space.

An amazing change is coming.

Honestly, Good Friday is one of those days that just gets me every time. The fact that He knew what was coming and still chose it, for me, for us. I don't think I'll ever fully wrap my head around that kind of love. But I'm grateful for it every single day. Wishing everyone a meaningful and hopeful Good Friday. by @reneedmmk

Let me tell you about the women I work with.

They're not confused. They're not lacking vision or capability.

They know EXACTLY who they want to become. They can see their next chapter so clearly it's like they've already lived it in their mind.

But when it comes time to actually step into that new life?

They freeze.

One foot in the old version of themselves. One foot reaching toward the new. Stuck in the space between here and there.

And they tell themselves stories:
→ "I'm not ready yet"
→ "I need one more certification/degree/credential"
→ "Who am I to want this?"
→ "What if I fail? What if people judge me?"

Here's what I've learned after years of coaching women through this exact moment:

The problem isn't that you're not ready.

The problem is that you're standing in the most uncomfortable space in the human experience, the threshold between who you were and who you're becoming, and nobody taught you how to navigate it.

That changes everything.
