Save the Date! St. Augustine Wellness friends, we are excited to share that our friends Jamie and Amber @interayoga will be opening up their brand new studio for our next Wellness Coalition. Tuesday, November 10th 12pm - 130pm Bring your own Lunch Interayoga 2600 US Hwy 1 S, Unit 100 St. Augustine, FL 32086 This gathering all started with us meeting Jamie and Amber and people like them as we were local networking for our small business. We quickly realized that we felt the most comfortable and connected with those in the wellness field and wanted to find a way to nurture those relationships. So a year ago, we opened up our space, Renew Strength and Wellness, invited people and about 10 people came. People left feeling heard, encouraged and with a new friend. They even wanted to come back! We now meet quarterly at different locations for anyone in the St. Augustine wellness community. We don’t stop when the pain does. Most physical therapy gets you just good enough and then sets you loose. “Oh, you are out of pain?
