We are celebrating our friends at Gallus Handcrafted Pasta with Chef Antonio Rentas & Tiffany Caldwell in the Butcher Room! Antonio is the well-known Chef from Hen of the Wood - Waterbury who also oversees the vision of Gallus Handcrafted Pasta. Tiffany Caldwell and her team create all of the fresh pasta for both Hen of the Wood and Gallus. We will be serving a five-course menu, showcasing the art handmade pasta from Gallus, while connecting it with our regional farm partners.
