PLEASE READ: Little break from your regularly scheduled content here, no snark or sass (Le Gasp!) and just some straight up good will. We’re so honored to be part of such an incredible community of humans here in Vermont. Y’all let us do what we love and for that we’re soo thankful. So we’re doing what we can to give back. On December 4th we’re partnering with @thelocalvt to host a fundraiser for Community Harvest of Central Vermont. This dinner is being supported by more businesses than I can manage to mention here but everyone’s been tagged (I hope). There’s only 4 tickets left for this incredible event. Don’t miss out on your chance to eat a great meal and support a great cause. Tickets available at thelocalvt.com.

Second annual VT Cheese Week @henofthewood Cheese Dinner, such a lovely evening! Chef Antonio whipped up this tantalizing menu, utilizing farmstead cheeses from @sagefarm_stowe @vontrappfarmstead and @stonypondfarm . Not only is this event a chance to experience our products in an elevated, creative way, it also gives us cheesemakers an invaluable opportunity to connect with one another and our cheese loving community in one of most gorgeous dining rooms in Vermont. Cheers!

Another delicious date night at Hen Waterbury. Seeing our pork hung up in this cooler is surreal. Thank you thank you!

Huge thank you to @7deatsvt & @jordankbarry for such a wonderful story in this weeks @sevendaysvt. And shout out to all the interviewees who had such nice things to say about us! Still humbling to see our name in a story with so many talented chefs, let alone be the reason for the story. We’re just excited to be here, and providing VT with all the great meats. 🙏
