Stage 1: complete.

We’ve opened up the gym floor at Reset Fyshwick and rearranged the layout to make it more spacious and functional.
Strength, conditioning and free weights now each have their own room to work.
The coffee machine is back in the gym too, complimentary for members.

Gym membership: $25/week. No joining fee.

Next up is Stage 2,
expanding the gym further and adding 24/7 virtual reformer Pilates. We’re aiming to start soon, with work continuing over the next few months.

Reset is a fitness and recovery space located in Fyshwick and Belconnen. We bring training and recovery together under one roof, because how well you recover shapes how well you train. Train in our 24/7 gym and virtual Pilates studio, then recover with contrast (sauna and cold plunge, plus magnesium spa at Fyshwick), private saunas (infrared and traditional), red light therapy beds, compression, remedial massage and standalone cold plunge.

Our memberships work across both locations, with no joining fee. Built for people who give a lot to their work and their training, Reset helps you keep performing at your best, for the long run.

We are back on track with our renovations at Fyshwick with stage 1 of our gym expansion now complete 💪

Just removing one wall has really opened up the space, this has made us even more excited for the next stage where we will be adding more strength equipment, more cardio equipment and of course adding our virtual reformer pilates 🙌
