This week was the start of a new block.

One day this week I crossed paths with a white kangaroo which was a reminder to trust my journey with what they say is a rare sighting, As for me I view it as a positive reminder to keep taking those leaps forward, even when the destination isn’t clear.

You don’t have to follow the crowd to find your path. Sometimes, the greatest growth comes from having the courage to create your own stepping stones while walking your own path.

Keep showing up for yourself and Let them.

We are proud to welcome @reset_canberra in the Canberra Fitness Expo 2026!🔥

Reset is a fitness and recovery space located in Fyshwick and Belconnen. We bring training and recovery together under one roof, because how well you recover shapes how well you train. Train in our 24/7 gym and virtual Pilates studio, then recover with contrast (sauna and cold plunge, plus magnesium spa at Fyshwick), private saunas (infrared and traditional), red light therapy beds, compression, remedial massage and standalone cold plunge.

Our memberships work across both locations, with no joining fee. Built for people who give a lot to their work and their training, Reset helps you keep performing at your best, for the long run.

Make sure to swing by their booth this coming 17-18 October to know more about their services!✨

nothing like a weekly reset 😌✨

We see it every week. People walk into Reset running on empty. They’re so used to being tired that they’ve forgotten what it feels like to be rested. Then, after a few weeks of showing up for themselves, something shifts. They sleep through the night. The pain in their knee eases. They’re more patient with their kids. One member told me she felt like herself again.

That’s what I love most about this work. When one person starts looking after themselves, it doesn’t stop with them. It flows into their family, their team and everyone around them.

You don’t have to wait until you’re burnt out to take time for yourself.

Come in, sit in the heat, re-invigorate in the cold and give yourself an hour that’s just yours. We’d love to support you.
