JOIN US! This Saturday 9am for Murph workout (challenge)

The goal is to do complete:
•1mile run
•100 pull ups
•200 pushups
•300 squats
•1mile run

With a 20lb vest, men (optional); 14lb vest, women (optional)

This is a HARD workout to complete for beginners and even advanced athletes. There will be a modified version available and If you’d like you can split this with a partner.

The idea is to bring people together, get them moving, build a community that supports and pushes one another to keep going when it gets tough.

Most of all honoring LT. Michael Murphy and all the fallen service members that gave their life for this country.

Start time: 9am

Arrive early to get started on your warmup, bring water and a snack. This is a F R E E event, OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

The wait is over!

I appreciate everyone’s patience, especially my own lol. It has been a long four months without our treadmill. Some of you may know the backstory, but I’m going to save it.

Running a gym, especially the size that we are fortunate enough to have here at RESET fitness can be a lot of work and the demand can be heavy. But every day we take it one rep at a time and try to do our best to give everyone the best experience, the best community, the best coaches and the best equipment.

Hope you guys enjoy. I know I will.
