And that’s how to use our “IN-Buddy” scale. 😂

Keep testing under similar conditions each time will give you the best comparison data for tracking progress.

“Coaches do this for your clients because they will forget!” On the back side of your results sheet is a great place to write down your next testing day and goals moving forward to keep you and your clients on track.

✅✅✅✅✅

💧 Maintain normal fluid intake and use restroom before testing

🕰️ Test at the same time of day every time

🧍‍♂️ stand upright 5-10 minutes before testing

☀️ 🧊 Delay testing for 20 minutes after exposure to heat/cold

❌❌❌❌❌

🧥Avoid wearing heavy clothing, jewelry, socks and lotion.

🍔 Don’t eat atleast 3 hours before testing

☕️ Don’t consume alcohol or excess caffeine 24 hours prior

🏋️‍♀️ Don’t test after/during your workout session

Stay tuned for the next episode on how to read your results and what to do with them.

Happy 1st Fathers Day to the calm in our chaos. Watching you step into fatherhood has been one of my favorite things to see. You’re an amazing dad already - present, attentive, providing and full of love. We’re so grateful to have you on this ride with us, we love you! 🩶🩶🩶

RESET is starting a new segment called FEEDBACK FRIDAY!

Taking a deeper look into our clients/members experience here at reset and their personal fitness stories.

No better way to kick it off than with one of Resets high vibe morning clients!

Meet Dorothy! She works just as hard as she plays. She’s been coming to Reset for about 5 years now and as you can see shout out to her trainer Jeff Johnson! Her endurance is great 😂

Thank you for being such a great part of our fitness community!
