There are a few little reactions during a lymphatic drainage that I secretly love to see - because your body is telling us something:

1. You fall asleep 😴
I take it as a compliment. It means you feel comfortable enough to fully relax and let go. 😇

2. You need to pee 🤗
I take that as a compliment too, but for a different reason. During a lymphatic drainage, we’re encouraging fluid movement in the body - so needing to pee afterwards can simply be a sign that your body is processing that fluid shift.

Two completely different reactions, both of which I’m very happy to see during or after a drainage. 🥰

This summer I did pretty much everything I usually tell my legs not to do 😂

Taking care of yourself is also knowing when let it go, enjoy life and not overthink everything. And now I’m back in Dubai, back to my little routine and it feels good too. 🤍

So have the cheese, drink the Spritz, enjoy the moment. Your routine will still be there when you’re ready to come back to it.

And if you’re ready for a little post-holidays reset too, bookings are open. 🤍

The pregnancy massage you didn’t know you needed : the prenatal lymphatic drainage 🥰

A little moment to feel lighter, relax and take care of yourself during pregnancy. And the best part? I come to you, so you can enjoy it all from the comfort of your own home. 🥳

Save this as a reminder to take care of yourself too 🤍

☀️Enjoying summer in France ☀️

I also just wanted to say a little thank you for everything this year so far. 🤍 It’s been a year with a few question marks, but you’ve all continued to trust and support me, and I’m so grateful for that. I honestly feel so lucky to have such amazing clients. 🤍🥰🤍

I’ll be back in Dubai on 1st September, and my agenda is already open and up-to-date if you’d like to book your appointment. You can book through Fresha or the @ruubyapp. Ofc my inbox stays open! 🤩

And if you happen to be in La Baule this summer, don’t hesitate to send me a message! I’m also available here if you’d like to treat yourself. 😘

Have the loveliest summer and I’ll see you very soon. ☀️🤍☀️

Just a few thoughts that have crossed my mind while you were relaxing on the table lately 🥰 some of you decide to chit chat during the session and some others simply want to relax and both are totally fine!

Changing careers 2 years ago meant going back to being a total beginner. It’s as stressful as exciting: learning anatomy, the lymphatic system, pregnancy, movement… and, at the same time, figuring out how to build a business from scratch.

What is still amazing is that I keep learning every single day from you. Every client brings a different story, a different career, a different perspective. We end up talking about health, work, books, travel, relationships, motherhood… and this makes me super grateful. 🧡
