“I don’t look like the typical Pilates instructor in this industry...”

This is my client Estelle from @resources.wellness sharing how imposter syndrome was keeping her stuck in comparison mode instead of owning her unique value.

The internal shift from “I’m not like the others, maybe I can’t do this” to “I know myself and my authenticity is my strength.”

This is what deep mindset work does, it helps you stop trying to fit the industry mold and start leveraging what makes you different.

Your unique traits aren’t disqualifications. They’re differentiators.

There is only one you, that is your super power!

What industry standard are you trying to fit instead of creating your own? Let me know below 👇

These are UAE businesses we genuinely love.

The cafés, studios, and brands that make Abu Dhabi and Dubai feel like home for so many families.

Right now is the time to support them. If we don’t show up today, they might not be there tomorrow.

Save this list, share it, and tag a local business you love 💛

PS: If you’ve visited any of the places in this carousel, tell us your favourite thing about them!

Lights, camera, you’ve got this..🎥

To think I almost said no to this opportunity

“You haven’t a clue how to do a podcast” was the initial thought in my head

And the truth is, no I’ve never recorded a podcast session myself but that doesn’t mean I couldn’t figure it out!

Even as a Business Mindset coach there is days I doubt myself. I wounder if I’ll be able to get to the level I want and if I do really have what it takes

But the level of uncertainty we are living in right now taught me that humans are really good at adapting and overcoming, just take a look at the city right now!

Dubai is still moving! 🔥

It also taught me that new experiences and the unknown is something I’m pretty good at navigating even when I don’t have all the skills!

I want to say a huge thank you to @dubaipodcaststudio and the team there who were great! The studio set up is next level and they made it seamless!

Maybe podcast style content is my next thing! 😏

It started as a challenge.
It became a reminder.. of how powerful women are when they move as one.

On October 25th, we witnessed something far greater than a fitness event.
We witnessed courage turning into connection.
Laughter echoing into strength.
Sweat transforming into solidarity.

From sunrise stretches to final cheers, every moment carried a pulse, a shared heartbeat of purpose and pride.

To every woman who showed up, every partner who believed, and every hand that helped this vision come alive, thank you!
You didn’t just move for yourselves. You moved for each other.

This is what empowerment looks like.
This is what community feels like.
This is what it means to rise, together. 💗

What a day of strength, courage, and unity. 💗
From the first paddle at sunrise to the final stride across the finish line. Today was more than a challenge, it was a movement.

For every woman fighting. For every story of resilience. For every sister who stood beside another we rose, together.

Every finish line tells a story of courage, of joy, of women who didn’t give up. 🏁

After the challenge comes the recharge. ❄️💦
Ice baths, post-race smiles, and reflections from the heart.

Because recovery is part of the journey
and every woman earned it. 💪💗

From sunrise smiles to the first splash — this morning was something special. 🌅💪
The energy was electric, the determination real, and the sisterhood powerful.

Every woman showed up not just to move, but to rise for herself, for each other, and for a cause that matters. 💖

These moments… the cheers, the laughter, the quiet courage before the starting line —
they’re what make this tribe unforgettable. ✨

And we’re only getting started.
