Two Japanese-Balinese childhood friends, took Fujin and gave it a second act. That's Encore.

Rui & Banny's new chapter blends European cooking with Asian touches, and every dish we had proved the idea works.

It started with bread and dips so umami we couldn't stop, then a crab ikura tartlet bursting with the sea, and a creamy homemade burrata lifted by dashi.

Then came the crab with crab bisque noodle. We went quiet. This dish alone is worth the booking.

And just when we thought we'd seen it all: red wine and blue cheese ice cream. Sounds wild, tastes unreal.

Some restaurants deserve an encore. This one earned a standing ovation 👏
