We’re so happy to announce that Zizi’s new cookbook ‘Vegan Vegan!’ is now available for pre-order. The book will be published worldwide in September 2026.

An inspiring collection of over 100 recipes for every occasion. Comfort home dishes rooted in different cultures and countries, inspired by fresh ingredients from our farmers and Zizi’s childhood memories.

Meet Lisa, our service lead and professional sommelier! 🍷

Originally from Germany, Lisa has travelled the world and lived in different corners of our beautiful planet. She’s passionate about wine, creating special moments for guests, and learning from smart, creative people who believe there are no boundaries.

Why DAR?
"I love that we’re an organic, female-led company and always put people first"💙

Outside work Lisa enjoys dancing, knitting, playing with her cat and going out for a cheeky cocktail. She’s also studying freelance journalism, so hopefully we’ll soon get to read her work! ✍️
