Proud of my friends and brothers competing down in Vegas today. Especially proud of @lifewithwits Tristan balancing competing, a career, his family, and his faith.

I’m shocked that the competition didn’t crumble under that mafia don mean competition face. Stone cold. 🥶 by @resusjc13

*****Psalms & Submissions Event Nº9 *****
Make them Nap or Tap from Top Half guard- submission series. Thank you to @shieldedrootsjiujitsu for opening up the gym and supporting the ministry! @sheridan_mason will be bringing an encouraging word after @resusjc13 shows some nasty submissions from the top when people feel safe in bottom half guard.

Good day coaching at @melvinrevilla.bjj this last Saturday, pushed the pace the whole time with specific training, bad positions and positional sparring. Solid team performance more Saturdays like this one to come!

I don’t post much. But this has been a big month.

May has been a packed month. Full of ups and downs.

Travel to California for vacation. Sensório at night was incredible.

Joy of experiencing creation in many ways, fly fishing, sunsets, rain, the mountains, the ocean.

Hardship of losing patients and the weight that accompanies working with an incredibly complex patient population as an anesthesia provider.

Training and coaching @melvinrevillabjj.usa

Conversations and time growing the kingdom with new friends and guests for the @psalms_and_submissions event, @vagnerrochabjj and @faethusa, what a wonderful blessing they were to have in town.

Teaching our kids how to care for baby kittens (as I learn as well).

God is good. God is faithful. God loves you. by @resusjc13

0500 rolls, coffee, and brotherly life conversations- these are moments where growth and community happen. We are looking to expand small groups where men can grow in their faith in Jesus, their jiu jitsu, and their character as brothers.

If you are interested in participating in a group please send us a message so we can get you plugged in as we add more groups.

Event N°7 is in the books. Thank you to @cunningryanham for breaking down mount control fundamentals that we often overlook.

Opportunities to get involved and grow the ministry! Give us a shout!

Next event is set for April 18th featuring the one and only Jason Sanchez teaching Crucifix series- known to be technical, methodical, and purposeful in his technique and Jiu Jitsu.

Thank you @melvinrevilla for your support and use of the academy to bring glory to Jesus.

Hope to see you there! taken in Melvin Revilla Brazilian Jiu Jitsu USA by @resusjc13
