Let that sink in for a moment.
In these crazy times, these words offer so much relief for many of the pains that we are having. It offers such an opportunity for the change that many of us are looking for. Take a moment to think about all the unnecessary discomfort that you have felt in your life, all the separation, the envy, the hate, and the feelings of lack. How much of that would be gone if you could just lower down your dial of desire just a little bit.
Jake @jakesasseville has a very personal story to tell. It is profound, it is inspiring, and it gives you food for thought, but most of all it is so much fun. I hope you enjoy this episode of the podcast as much as I did.
Listen to Jake and check out Imiloa. A dream Jake and his partners created in Costa Rica.

Yes! This guy is fun! I knew it right away when I came across Jake @jakesasseville He is one of the founders of Imiloa Institute @imiloainstitute in Coast Rica and I had the pleasure to have him on the show. When I decided to interview Jake for the podcast I didn't know what an amazing human being Jake is. I kind of had a feeling though... There is so much that I could connect to through my own life's experience. Listening to Jake and seeing what he and his team have created is truly inspiring and beyond that, it was so much fun to chat with him. I feel his passion and dedication. Jake is one of those people where it makes total sense that he creates places for people to awaken to consciousness. I hope you have as much fun with this episode as I did. Welcome to the show Jake Sasseville.

Claudia Spahr shows that retreats can also be a place for kids and their mothers to spend time together. How wonderful to see that the idea of spending time together in a retreat can also be an experience that we not only do alone by ourselves but that we can also share with our loved ones.

Listen to Claudia and find out more about the important work she is doing on the podcast and follow her @_holymama_

A new episode is out and I am super happy to have @_holymama_ Claudia Spahr on the show. Retreats are such a powerful time to spend your holidays and take the opportunity to learn, grow, and heal. They are a form of travel that allows us to really come together as human beings, support local communities, and take care of ourselves.

It's so wonderful to listen to Claudia and her journey. She hasn't really planned to build up a retreat business but she has recognized the signs and taken the opportunities that have been given to her. She has looked into what is needed and she puts all her love and effort into her retreats so she can offer a safe space and truly amazing experiences for her guests. With Holy Mama, she offers retreats for mothers and children and also journeys when the fathers or other family members can attend.

Claudia shows that retreats can include the ones we love and for whom we sometimes don't have enough time. And she shares her knowledge with others because she does not fear the competition but wants to make this available for more and more people.

It was a pleasure to have a conversation with Claudia and listen to her story and her vision.

I hope you enjoy this episode of the podcast as much as I do. Listen now on all major podcast platforms and the Retreats Affairs website.

Thank you Sasha Cobra @sashacobra for this reminder! This is so true! What Sasha expresses in this statement is what I have experienced in all of my retreat experiences and that's why I believe in the power of retreat. If we are looking to create a better world for ourselves and the ones around us why not get a taste of what it can be like. We do not have to be constantly in a state where we wish something might come in some uncertain future. There is a way to bring this feeling into the present moment to feel with our own senses what it can be like. This will give us a better understanding of our true nature, how we want to live our lives, and how we can bring this into our everyday experience.
Listen to Sasha Cobra now on Episode 6 of the podcast.

"The moment that you make a commitment to self and you say: "I want out of this situation" That situation being a job, a relationship, or how I relate to my body - "I want out of this situation! I want a different quality of life!" The moment you commit to that, those spiritual forces and this energy world literally adapts, moves, and shapes itself to accommodate you to for you to magnetize everything that you need for your journey, your growth and your expansion. This reality is very generous to the godly force that resides within all of us when we choose to use it."

A new episode is out and it's such an honor and pleasure to have @sashacobra on the show.

I have met Sasha a few years ago through a quite unusual offer. I wont tell you about it here but if you listen to the podcast you will find out.

Sasha Cobra is a teacher, healer, and energy worker who helps people to reconnect with their orgasmic energy. With The Work, she enables deep healing of trauma and offers people a way to have a more joyful connection with their bodies and learn to bring conscious lovemaking and relationships into their lives. Sasha is offering workshops and retreats all around the world, she gives private sessions and she offers her work online. There are many videos of her on youtube where you can get to know more about Sasha and The Work. Sasha has also been featured in the recent release of the Netflix documentary series Unwell.

This is an important wonderful episode as it touches on a topic that many of us are missing in their lives. The ecstaticness of life.

I am super happy and glad to have Sasha Cobra on the show and give you the opportunity to listen to her and get to know bout Sasha and The Work.

Sometimes it's a place to that we go to, where we travel, or where we retreat that helps us to find what we are looking for. Vivi and Eraj have been looking for quite some time to find that place. Now that they have found it, they opened it up to share it with others. They have created @zenrocksmani and it's the blend of their creation with nature and the surroundings that facilitate an opportunity for healing, growth, and learning. Listen now to their story.
