Confession: I haven't washed my hair but once or twice this summer with a shampoo product. Maybe even longer prior summer months.

I been only rinsen my hair 1-2 times a week with just the running water.

Keeping my natural hair oil free of chemicals. Occasionally I will apply coconut oil to style.

I got one those soccer player hair cuts. Pretty short beginning on July 1st. I'm surprised how much has grown. Maybe 2 inches in three months.

You can view how short my hair cut was on the right picture.

📣 My hair is soft and feeling healthy.

Time to work on restoring my thickness and thinning front head area.

What I miss most is...

💃Dancing the night away... Trina had the dance fever and the dancing legs out of us. From basement parties to nights out sweating our 🍸 off.

😀Your quirky laugh. Trina laughed at all my jokes and silliness and immature behavior.

🍛Cooking and eating your healing vegan meals. Trina was on a learning journey and a novice herbalist and healer through food and nutrition.

💨Smoking and listening to you explain how the beats of Three 6 Mafia touches your soul...🤣
If you ever had a Trina edible. Sheweiii!
That's an experience...and our conspiracy conversations 😬

💡Receiving sibling insight. Trina had a way of scolding me for my dumb behaviors. We only had each other growing up day to day. She knew my buttons too and also how to charm me.

👗Seeing your dress of choice. Trina dress her mood and was very fashionable with her choices. Maybe this is really where my nephew KK gets his sense of style from. I still have her first gift she ever purchase me, a pair of Nikes from her first job at JC Pennies. We all share a shoe problem.

But yea....

5 years... and a lifetime of missing you. by @reubenotero_

The BEST jar sun dried tomatoes! A Spoonful of bella sun luci on everything 🤣. Clean ingredients and so flavorful on whatever you add it to snack with. I've top yellow corn tortilla chips, white rice, veggie korma, pita bread, corn bread, late night random chicken taco. #sundriedtomatoes by @reubenotero_

Check in my Jeffersonville marching band graduates.

I am picking up my nephew from JHS after his management responsibilities to the girls volleyball team. The marching band practicing in parking lot.

Man, the hot summers camps and after school practices. Now I believe marching band is a choice as an elective class. JHS offers other musical program electives like jazz band and concert band.

In my day we had no choice. It was band class and we did marching band in the summer and fall semester. Weekend competitions. Friday Home game half time shows. Different times. Missing practices or games or competitions a was part of our grade. But just showing up you received an A. Easy A in my opinion but took a lot of extra time.

Marching band director is giving inspiration talk. I need more energy lol. We have one week before the first home game. lol.

In 2001-2003 we weee double the size of this
group.

Best of luck this season JHS marching band!!
