Two years ago, this Coral Gables space was just walls and a plan.

My approach is to think long-term: collagen, skin quality, hydration, facial balance, and natural movement.

1. Biostimulation — inducing collagen and maintaining it. Treatments like hyperdilute Radiesse, Sculptra, PRF and microneedling help support your skin’s collagen production and remodeling. It’s not a one and done, the upkeep of these is what keeps the momentum.

2. Energy driven biostimulation - not all but there are select great energy based devices which offer signifant benefits, induce the collagen stimulation and promote remodeling.
Helix C02 Laser and XERF are my top at the moment.

3. Skin quality focus— laser resurfacing, facials, Medical-grade skincare to help maintain hydration, improve skin texture and externally support more invasive treatments.

4. Neuromodulators, strategically — to lift, create symmetry and avoid wrinkles from becoming static. The goal is to soften strong, repetitive movement before expression creases become more permanent.

5. Filler — in moderation and strategically to address specific needs, but not as the answer to all. You can’t fill laxity. I love filler where necessary to define and volumize not to replace.

Aging is inevitable and beautiful, these changes happen naturally and are unavoidable! feeling amazing in your own skin while they do is key!

Lately, we’ve been talking A LOT about Hyperdilute Radiesse and here’s why.

Depending on how Radiesse is diluted and how we use it, it can serve different purposes. It can provide structure and volume, or when diluted further, it can be used as a biostimulator to support collagen production and improve overall skin quality.

Lip Rehab: previously filled elsewhere with prominent lip migration, we dissolved most of the migration and have worked on building and refilling the lips over time throughout multiple sessions.

Building results take time

On the left, she had previous lip filler that had been dissolved but chin filler that remained. This chin filler from prior was mainly placed to elongate but without focus on blending causing shadows and harsh transitions.

On the right, multiple sessions of filling later. We have built the lips back up, and have focused on giving the chin protection while airbrushing the mental shadows to create a seamless, smooth transition. taken in Miami, Florida by @revampedwithg
