Sunchoke, fresh and preserved, with pistachio, preserved lemon and black garlic.
Roasted peppers with fermented tomato and a poached egg.
Braised wagyu with emmer and escarole.
Chocolate to finish.

A non-alcoholic pairing is poured at the counter if you want it.

Provisions is running quiche, potato leek with gruyère, and a pot of ribollita.

What’s in the cooler this Saturday.

Reverence Phoenix Provisions is back at Unity Market. The animal and fins list is in the cooler and ready to go home with you, along with the ferments and the pantry work that’s been building all season. The Market Box is live and the new Meal Kit is out. Pre-orders get first pull, so lock yours in before Saturday.

Everything stays cold all day on solar. No grid, no propane, just the @travoca cooler doing its job in the middle of Central Park.

SEASONAL SHIFT: ONE MORE WEEKEND AT THE MEER 🌿

First, thank you to everyone who found us at our temporary home last weekend. We’re grateful you made the shift with us.
This Saturday, September 26, Unity Market and the Central Park Farm Stand will once again be at the Dana Center Lakeside at the Gate of the Exonerated, WEATHER ALLOWING.

A note on that weather: we operate in the rain. However, for the safety of our vendors, team, and guests, we cannot operate when winds exceed 15 mph. We’re monitoring the forecasts and weather models closely and will make our final call Friday at NOON, with updates posted across all of our channels.

For anyone with plans, orders, or preorders, we’ll return the following Saturday with all services and vendors back at our regular Farmers’ Gate curb location inside Central Park.

Until then, keep an eye on our channels. We’ll update everyone as conditions change.

Central Park doesn’t allow propane. No grid access either. Electric only, full stop.

That’s not a footnote. It’s the operating condition for everything we cook, hold, and pour every Saturday.

TRAVOCA solar is what makes that possible. It runs our induction cooking, our cold holding, our service lighting, across a full day of service. We’re not saying this because someone asked us to. We’re saying it because we tried to build a real kitchen on solar power in a park with no outlets, and it worked.

Grateful for the partnership. More grateful the equipment actually holds up.
