Just discipline, time, and silence doing their work.
This body wasn’t built for likes.
It was built to last.

6 months.

96 kg → 69 kg.

I didn’t just lose weight.

I rebuilt my entire lifestyle.

Running.
Gym.
Discipline.
Consistency.
Thousands of small decisions nobody sees.

From struggling with my own body
to controlling it.

And this is still only the beginning.
