A little behind the “why” foam roller in my classes at @revival.pilates. 🤍
It was video of me preparing my 2 Mat& Tower classes yesterday.
And coincidentally all my clients yesterday were moms with an infant & toddlers around the age of mine.👶👶

I work with a lot of mom clients who deal with lower back pain or feel like they have a weak lower back.
That’s why I chose to use the foam roller for today’s core work. It gives us an extra challenge while helping us find better pelvic stability and a more neutral pelvis, without letting the lower back take over or over-arch.

My mom clients were shaking like little baby calves 😂 We were laughing, working hard, and honestly having so much fun!!

The best part of ending classes is hearing, “Now I feel more full of energy.” 🤍
