We had a visitor today… while we were putting a few things in the van , this little robin started walking around watching what we were doing. After a few minutes, he popped in to take a look at some of the instruments… 🐥

Robins symbolise hope, renewal, and transformation, often seen as messengers from loved ones or signs of new beginnings and resilience. Perfect reminders of joy and positivity. ❤️❤️

From creating our own drums to surrendering to the sound… 🥁✨. @spiritdrumsofthenorth @revivalharmony

Another beautiful day in Tipperary, finishing our handmade shamanic drums and sharing a sound bath before stepping into the cosiest wooden lodge for a fully immersive gong bath.

Warm light, beautiful vibrations and time to simply lie back and receive. Such a special way to end a day of learning, creating and connecting. 🤍

Bringing these experiences home with me to SoulWaveS.

I can’t believe it’s nearly here…
So much work gone into this course and it’s so amazing that the in person practical element of the course can be done up here in the hills, surrounded by trees and nature.

It’s going to be an amazing few days… 💙

A little bit of time finding some instruments that work together on today’s course. Shruti, Calix and a Didge. It’s always interesting experimenting with different sounds. taken in Revival Harmony by @revivalharmony

There’s always time for a bit of jamming during the courses.
Experiment, try different instruments. It’s all about discovery. You find out what resonates with you by meeting the instruments.

A little more space for sound, silence and connection. 🌊

The updated Revival Harmony app is coming to the Apple App Store and Google Play very soon! - with a fresh Ocean Glass design and more ways to make your practice your own.

Swipe through to explore:

🎵 Frequencies, sound baths and breathing practices for moments of calm.

🌧️ Your own sound mix, with rain, ocean and ambient layers you can adjust.

🎙️ Manifest with your voice: record personal affirmations and listen back over sound.

🎶 A tuner to explore your instrument’s note and frequency.

🎹 Notes Together: add the instruments you own, hear up to six notes and save combinations.

⏳ Spacious: a quiet timer for the silence after sound.

🤍 Circles: private, invitation-only communities for practitioners, participants and friends.

📅 Share events, updates and practices so the connection continues between sessions.

Your everyday listening and practitioner tools work without an account. Circles is optional and requires an account and an invitation.

For your own quiet moments. For the sessions you guide. For the people you share them with.

Which feature would you try first?

Explore more at revivalharmony.com.
We’ll announce when the update is live on both stores.
