So here we are Thursday the 15th of October 2026 it's a 🌧️wet 🌬️ windy start to the morning the temperature has definitely dropped the season of winter is definitely creeping in fast darker mornings and evenings ahead. If we were to live our life's weather depending we would be like our animal friends and go into hibernation 🙈🙊 ..
Last year I read a very good book 📚 on this topic it is "Wintering by Katherine May", well worth a listen to on audible but even better a good read under a cozy blanket by the fire 🔥. Picture 2 top picture a beautiful thoughtful gift from Maureen who has followed my page 📄 here from day 1 and knows how important turning the page each day is 😊☺️🥰.
The bottom picture is me soaking up as much information on my recent course cozy by the fire 🔥 🏡. Picture 2 and 3 I'm sharing a book recommendation here on one of my life changing books I've read definitely worth investing in 🤔 to understand the power of your mindset . Picture 4 and 5 how the course retreat played out last Thursday to Sunday with 4 scheduled teachers and 4 participants who started as strangers but became a group called "Tipperary Lullaby"... who celebrated a new holiday on the the 10/10/2026 called "Happy New Ye ☺️😅😂🎊 🕛 🏡💞🔥. Picture 6 to 8 the beautiful mind that is created when we give space to do so. So just for today remember wintering is feeding your body soul and mind with warmth care and nourish each with wholesome food movement and meditation. Congratulate yourself on planning your wintering routine. Have a wonderful mindful day 🏡 💞 🏡 💞 🐛 🦋 👣.

So here we are Wednesday the 14th of October 2026 just soaking in the road travelled since the 1st of January 2026 since Martin Miss Luna and moved here to this beautiful village we call home for now. I'm so excited for our first Christmas 🎄🎁 sharing it together as a family of 3...👣👣🐾. Picture 1 my investment in learning to be a sound healer practitioner last week was simply wonderful to be cared for taught with such patience compassion space and a gentle approach from all involved. The drum making was a physical mental and emotional journey but a journey worth taking and guided by 2 very gentle souls Vanessa and Duane 🫶🫶. Eanna and Mikelly were our full time hosts and when I say they are beautiful souls it's an understatement their way of teaching is also in the description above. Picture 2 back on our beautiful walks in the village where we can see Autumn 🍂🍁🍂 has truly showed up beautiful scenery on hand daily ....blessed. Picture 3 Kevin the picture tells the story of living the 🦋 lifestyle may we change for the better and always flutter into one another's life's whenever we can. Picture 4 just life....life is for living so move forward and enjoy. Picture 5 dedicated to a friendship that ignited quite quickly through chatting, laughing, learning and stillness. So just for today plan a future that excites you. Congratulate yourself on following your own path as a wonderful person's card over the weekend read "there is no traffic jam on the extra mile....." Now that's the focus. Have a wonderful mindful day 🏡💞🏡🐛🦋👣.

A weekend in Tipperary that will stay in my heart 🤍✨

Wrapped in sound, surrounded by love, and connected through laughter, stillness and the beautiful moments we shared. From creating our drums to surrendering to the resonance of the gongs, there was so much space to soften, release and simply be.

Deep gratitude to Éanna and Mikelly at Revival Harmony for holding us with such care, and to every beautiful soul who made this retreat so special.

Coming home with new inspiration, treasured connections and a heart full of gratitude. 🌿🥁✨

This Manolina lies along your back or front depending on how you prefer to lay down

It resonates through you gently and sings around the peripheries of your ears

I layer lots of immersive and imperfect combinations with it to build up lots of interesting frequencies to distract and lead you somewhere out of the norm

Stay Tuned for new dates for group experiences very soon and feel free to DM if you wish to reserve a space. Early Bird Pricing will be applied to those on the waitlist 🎶🎶🎶

Most of these instruments sourced in Ireland

Dublin - Gandharva Loka
Limerick - Revival Harmony

10:10:10 ✨ 10th October 2026

In the warmth of our candlelit lodge, we each created a bundle and wrote down what we were ready to release. 🍂

Together, we held our own ceremony, offering our bundles to the flames and letting go of what we no longer needed to carry.

Then came the drum—welcoming a new dawn, new beginnings and space for what comes next. 🔥🥁

What are you ready to release?

From creating our own drums to surrendering to the sound… 🥁✨. @spiritdrumsofthenorth @revivalharmony

Another beautiful day in Tipperary, finishing our handmade shamanic drums and sharing a sound bath before stepping into the cosiest wooden lodge for a fully immersive gong bath.

Warm light, beautiful vibrations and time to simply lie back and receive. Such a special way to end a day of learning, creating and connecting. 🤍

Bringing these experiences home with me to SoulWaveS.
