In an attempt to save money, we decided to try something we’ve never done before and reupholster the flat bench pads! Super happy with the outcome! #gym #gymmotivation #smallbusiness #tennessee #bench by @revolution.strength

Out with the old, in with the new! Big thanks to @the_real_legend_fitness for their help in replacing these old pads. They were a perfect fit and are a major upgrade from the previous design! We hope these small, consistent upgrades and repairs are elevating your experience in the gym. A clean and functioning gym is a top priority for us, so we are excited whenever we can make these changes. #smallbusiness #gym #localbusiness #benchpress #biceps taken in Revolution Strength by @revolution.strength

PRE-ORDER NOW LIVE - OUR FIRST MERCH DROP IS HERE!💀🎃 Since taking over the gym in March, we’ve consistently been asked: “When are you getting shirts?” Well, the day has finally come! Revolution Strength was founded in 2021 simply as a brand and a team rather than a gym location. Selling T-shirts to help fund travel expenses to compete is how we got our start, and we loved getting to design some cool shirts over the years. @pittman_bd made each shirt by hand, and we shipped them all across the USA and Canada. All that being said, we’re taking pre-orders on our first-ever Halloween-inspired shirts starting today, 8/29 through 9/7! We worked directly with a freelance graphic designer on this project, and love the end result. Each shirt will be $20 each, and will be ready for pickup around the 1st of October. We’ll ship anywhere in the US for an additional $5. Pre-orders and payment can be made through the Square link only! Please do not pre-order through any other payment option. Reach out if you need accommodations! Pre-Order Here Link in Bio! Thank you for your support! #gymapparel #supportlocal #supportsmall #gym #gymfit by @revolution.strength

Amazing day yesterday spent competing at the Smoky Mountain Big Foot Festival’s Over The Bar Bash, hosted by @the_iron_palace_podcast team! After not competing for over 3 years, stepping back into a competition was definitely a different feeling yesterday. Trying out new things in the Highland Games world has been fun, and it has for sure peaked my interest. Walked away with a 1st place finish, surrounded by a solid group of competitors who were generous with their time, advice, and support all day. Thankful for everyone who came out to support! taken in Townsend Visitors Center by @revolution.strength

•USS Nationals 2023• Well, my first “big” show is finished. I placed 17 out of 42 very strong guys. I went into this show extremely beat up and was honestly only at about 75% health. I haven’t been able to deadlift at all for a month now due to some pretty rough back injuries. Things have not been ideal whatsoever here lately but I’m ready for some much needed rest. I’ll be taking a break from competing for a bit to give my body time to get back to 100%. Thanks to everyone who has supported me thus far and cheered me on. I’ll be back at it soon enough. @revolution.strength @uss_nationals_2023 #strongman #strength #strengthtraining #dallas #texas #strong #strongwomen #staystrong taken in Dallas, Texas by @revolution.strength

Quick recap from today’s competition. Ended with 1st at Battle of the Bourbon State in Dayton KY SHW Open. Was a fun day with some great people. Met some new friends as always and gained a little more experience than what I came in with. This show qualified me for @uss_nationals_2023 and as long as everything goes to plan, I plan on competing in Dallas, TX next year. Thanks to all my friends, family, and community for the tremendous amount of support in doing what I love. @revolution.strength @wwessels1 @rivercity_barbell @cerberus_strength_usa @cerberus_strength #strongman #strength #gym #gymmotivation #powerlifting #crossfit #strengthtraining #tennessee #kentucky #cincinnati taken in rivercity_barbell by @revolution.strength
