This past Saturday, I had the immense honor of getting to be a part of @heartofmidtown in Kingston ny(hometown love) put on by @rewindkingston
I painted a live mural through the event and brought the creatures comforts crew to adorn the heads and heart of patrons fabricated by master @wendedway while jen set up the art activation ready aim art where the public is invited to blast drop clothes/paper with water guns filled with food coloring. She also did a finding yourself mask making workshop which the kids loved!

There were sooo many great businesses involved like @littleryebakehouse for the pie eating contest.
Huge shout to @westkillsupply
For provideing there space and back stage for the fest.

We got to meet and talk with so many lovely humans, and the vibes were 10/10 all day!

My mural is now on display in the back courtyard of @rewindkingston and I will be going back when possible in the few weeks to do a little more painting so stay tuned to see if that becomes any kind of smaller public event
😊 thank you all and see you on the next one @newyork_pawpaw_festival this Saturday and sunday.

Shout out to the talented @lanied97 for the beginning of the videos amazing dance moves in Nebula.

Heart of Midtown is an annual street festival put on by the fine folks at @rewindkingston as a way to provide and support local mental health resources.

And, yet again, they had a stellar lineup of music across three stages; dozens of local organizations hosting activities and freebies (embroidery with @apres.lamour! art with @felttipfeelings!); a film screening at @upstate_films; and a whole lot more.

Watch through the reel to see aerial footage of pie-eating contestants face-planting into pies from @littleryebakehouse

And, of course, footage from musicians @thegingerwinn and Naomi Pierre, who were just two of the 17+ live performances.

Cheers to @reminderstomyfutureself, @sydneyfckingflood, @jofloodfour, and everyone else who put this remarkable event together!
