You already know what doing it alone feels like.

So what have you got to lose?

Brother, you were never meant to carry all of this by yourself. If you’re struggling, reach out. Text a friend. Call your brother. Tell one person the truth.

Here’s something most of us forget: asking for help is a gift. When you let someone show up for you, you give them the chance to be of service. You’re not a burden. You’re an invitation.

Take a new action today. Change the game.

And if you want a brotherhood around you, we’re here. We’re in your corner. Come walk with us at Ferncliff this Sunday, Oct 25 at 4:30 PM in Rhinebeck, or join the Dude Dojo online any Tuesday at noon.

Every man I know is starving for the same thing. Almost none of us will say it.

Yesterday three men walked into our Kingston circle for the first time. One was 29. One was 73. Completely different lives.

Within an hour, all three of them said it out loud.

We want community. A real place to let our guard down. And a chance to be of service to someone besides ourselves.

That’s it. That’s the thing. Not more advice, not more hustle. Just other men who won’t flinch when you tell the truth.

If that’s you, there’s a seat for you.

Next circle: Sunday, Nov 1 @ 4:30 PM at @ferncliffforest in Rhinebeck. Kingston is back Sunday, November 8 at @rewindkingston

Wowwoww thank you so much Karlie from @rewindkingston for the opportunity to showcase unique sculptural artists from all around the Hudson Valley in your window. We are so honored!!!

In the spirit of keeping things out of the landfill, nearly every item used for the zine machine's backdrop sculpture is second hand and repurposed. Some of my favorite elements of the structure are the use of the kinusaiga method to insert the fabric into foamboard, the hand stitching of the patches (of which the letters are cut out from old tee shirts!) and tge 3 dimensional aspect of the velvet letters in "Zine Machine" (handstitched, filled with stuffing, and outlined in tee shirt yarn).

Special thank you to @voiceless.orpheus for being a tremendous helper behind the scenes, spending hours with me hand stiching, learning kinusaiga & helping install the display with care.

COMING SOON- The Zine Machine will be installed inside Rewind Kingston! There will be zines and prints reflecting the artists and their work that's in the window. There will be a release event!

WORKSHOPS- there will be a series of workshops taught by the artists whose work is displayed in the window. More on the sceuduling and content of the workshops soon!

Stay tuned for dates!!!

Whats in the window?

Hand Puppets made using paper maché,wearing little outfits.
