Let’s get REX Rolling Again for His 3rd Birthday! 🔗 LINK in BIO!

REX is turning 3 this December! This year, we want to give him the greatest birthday gift of all: the gift of mobility. REX needs new wheels (a mobility cart and chest plate/ like a wheelchair), and we need your help. 🎁

REX is our beloved disabled rescue pup. If you’ve ever met him, you know that his disability certainly hasn’t limited his personality and movement. REX is full of energy, curiosity, and pure joy. He loves being part of his pack and has so much life to live. REX's first wheelchair allowed him to enjoy the world alongside his family and furry friends, especially at the dog park and outside of his home. REX has since grown and now needs a different solution. ‼️

Because of REX's size, weight, strength, and unique abilities, he needs a customized set of wheels specifically designed to fit and support him. This specialized equipment will give REX the stability and freedom he needs to move comfortably and safely.

Our biggest wish is simple: we want to see REX rolling with his pack again. 🐶 With his birthday coming up in December, we’re hoping to make this new adapted set of wheels possible in time for his big day!

If you’re able to contribute, every donation—big or small—brings REX one step closer to getting back on the move. And if you can’t donate, sharing REX's story can make just as much of a difference. 🫶

CELEBRATING & remembering the INCREDIBLE LIFE of our KIP. 🐶💙I’ve been putting this post off since his passing in July but, thought so many of you would want to know that he has crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge.

I adopted KIP in 2009 in western NY. He was a young, stray pup found originally in Ohio. He was my first rescue, my first everything - he was with me even before getting married.

“Kitty Kip, Kippy Cakes, Trash Panda, Rice Kippy, Princess Kip, Old man Kip”( in his later years).

At first KIP was a super fast-flight risk and garbage instigator who would become our particular, loyal, loving, and protective little guy. A model dog, “dog model” and great babysitter.

He watched over and cared for each and every one of us. Every new baby, every new rescue. He watched over our LUCY when she got old, watched over our BUSTER when he got sick, welcomed REX @rexoftheozarks when he hopped in until … each of us attentively watched over him when he started to slow down.

How truly blessed we were to have such a wonderful dog like KIP for over 16+ years (we aren’t sure how old he was when I adopted him). Vets astonished at his incredible health over the years, even after loosing an eye.

He was so LOVED and he is so missed but we know he is with LUCY, BUSTER, and that they are all together again.

He was my errand runner, my hike buddy, my protector, my market pal, my nap partner, and he knew EXACTLY where 7Brew was located for pup cups. He would always tell you what he wanted and when he wanted it, a yappy little beagle mix who knew he would always get what he wanted, lol.

He was our KIP.

🎵 I used to sing this Carpenter’s song to KIP. This was our song except I changed the lyrics to “Close to KIP” instead of “Close to you”. by @rexoftheozarks
