Stop agreeing with the version of you that God never called you to be.

Your feelings are real, but they aren’t always true.

There will be days where you don’t feel chosen.
You won’t feel strong.
You won’t feel forgiven.
You won’t feel worthy.

But if God calls you loved, forgiven, redeemed, and made new, why would you continue speaking against what He has already said?

This isn’t “fake it till you make it.”

It’s faith it until you see it.

Choose to speak God’s Word over your life even when your emotions are screaming something different. Your tongue has the power to build up or tear down. Don’t spend your life cursing someone God is trying to transform.

If it’s not in God’s will, I don’t want it.

I’ve spent so much time praying, “God, give me what I want,” when the better prayer is, “God, take away anything that isn’t from You.”

Change my heart before You change my circumstances.
Change my desires before You change my season.

Because the truth is, not everything we want is what we need, and not every open door is one God intended for us to walk through.

If it costs me my obedience, my peace, my purity, or my relationship with Jesus, then it’s too expensive.

Lord, if certain people, places, habits, opportunities, or even dreams can’t come with me into the next season You’re calling me into, give me the strength to let them go.

I don’t want a blessing You never ordained.
I don’t want a relationship You never wrote.
I don’t want success that pulls me away from You.

I only want what comes from Your hand.

Not my Will, but Yours!!
