One week into 51 and I can honestly say, it’s looking pretty good.

Life has been moving so fast lately. There are moments when I wish I could slow it all down, but I’m learning that it isn’t about slowing time but being fully present. To notice the little things. To reflect. To trust God. To embrace each season for what it is.

Life will always hold uncertainty, beauty, love, laughter, heartbreak, and loss. Through it all, I remain grateful. Grateful that God has entrusted me with this life and a purpose beyond myself. I hope that somewhere along the way I’ve been someone’s encouragement, someone’s blessing, someone’s lesson, or simply a reminder that they weren’t alone. More than anything, I pray that the people I encounter leave feeling seen, loved, and valued.

As I step into this new year of life, my heart is especially full.

To my husband thank you for loving me, standing beside me through every season especially the season of perimenopause lol. for your commitment to ensuring we have a future

To my sons thank you for the love and honor you show me every day. Watching the men you’re becoming is one of my life’s greatest blessings.

To my sister thank you for always being in my corner, for your constant encouragement, and for simply being you.

To my parents, granny, family, and close friends who continue to love, support, and pray for and with me thank you. I never take your presence in my life for granted.

51 is already off to a beautiful start, and I welcome all this year has in store. My prayer is simple: that God continues to order my steps, keep my heart soft, strengthen my faith, and use my life for His glory.

Here’s to another year of growing, serving, loving well, and becoming more of the woman God created me to be.

God is within her, she will not fail.

READ CAPTION!!!!

Athletes who train proper landing mechanics, joint stacking, and deceleration control spread load across muscles, tendons, and joints instead of dumping it all on one knee, ankle, or lower back. The payoff:

⚡ Lower injury risk — less strain on any single joint

⚡ Better power output — efficient force transfer = more explosive movement

⚡ Longer training longevity — your body can handle more reps over more years

⚡ Improved control — absorbing force well means reacting faster and moving smarter

Strength isn’t just about producing force. It’s about knowing what to do with it once you’ve got it.

My Journey is not finished! There is much work that still has to be done, but I wanted to take the necessary steps in getting closer with Jesus. Cleansing my soul and saying goodbye to my former self. I’ve made many mistakes along the way and I’m not perfect but through Jesus, through GOD I am WHOLE! Asking for forgiveness is one thing, Repenting for your sins is another! Baptism is not the end all be all, you still need to practice and be disciplined throughout the journey! I appreciate anyone who has ever prayed for me , I truly want to say thank you 😊 🙏🏾

Thank you @valdazee for being my fiancée and for making sure we enter our marriage the right way ✝️

Thank you @rf.natty for being a pillar of light. You inspire me to be better 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Thank you 😊

Thank you @willnelsonjr_ having those conversations in your crib a couple of years ago, definitely planted a seed in my brain ✊🏾

@ebbygee_faithnfinance to you & Dani, I love you both and I thank you both for sharing your testimony and bringing me to church at a young age age. Thank you 🙏🏾

I love you all and Jesus loves you too! Be a believer and understand that it’s never too late to get RIGHT WITH GOD ✝️
