Rochester NY Seneca Zoo with those we love by @rhondakayrasdev

A few wonderful days with my favorite little guys 🍂☕️

Our mornings started at the coffee shops with coffee and playing games with boys, and afternoons were spent exploring local parks and then Biltmore Estate on Saturday in all its fall glory. Crisp air, golden leaves, and so many giggles. My heart is so full. 🧡

Summer adventures, fun and joy with family, friends and grandchildren. Life is full of blessings and fun adventures. by @rhondakayrasdev

AVL Women Run Club rolled out from the new Starbucks / Pisgah Legal spot downtown this morning and headed north — and North Asheville did not go easy on us. Hills, hills, and a few more hills. But the views, the company, and the post-run coffee made every climb worth it.

Big thanks to everyone who showed up early and pushed through together. This is what we love about this club: strong women, hard routes, good conversation.

Missed this one? We'll be back — follow along for the next meetup. All paces welcome, always. 💪

Around the Crown 10K this weekend with my daughter, her first race back after having her kids, and she showed up and finished strong. Proud doesn’t begin to cover it. 🏃‍♀️ #AroundTheCrown #ComebackSeason #RunningFamily @a.d.m_.9 by @rhondakayrasdev

Maverick and Malachi birthday celebration by @rhondakayrasdev

Today we brought Mom home to the farm. 🌻

We scattered her ashes at the pond where she and Bob spent the best part of their life together. Most evenings you’d find them riding the gator down to the water — Mom with a book, Bob with his fishing rod, just soaking in the quiet.

She loved it there more than anywhere. Thankful to be with Indiana family today sharing memories and love.

Janice Marie Emery, January 26, 1935 – January 19, 2025. She and Bob found each other later in life and made every one of those years count.

Rest easy, Mom. We love you. You’re right where you wanted to be. 🎣📖 by @rhondakayrasdev

Morning in Savannah, afternoon in Charleston — a two-city kind of day 🌿✨ Cobblestones, coastal charm, and making memories with my favorite people. #Savannah #Charleston #GirlsTrip by @rhondakayrasdev

Girls trip with my twin, my girls, my nieces, and two little guys who keep us all laughing 💛 Tybee beach days, Savannah strolls, game nights, and Charleston up next. Missing our Jordan, Britney & C — it’s just not quite complete without you three. 🌊☀️ #GirlsTrip #TwinSisterTime #TybeeIsland #Savannah #Charleston by @rhondakayrasdev
