Crazy to look back on just how bad I allowed things to get for myself, but proud that I pulled myself out and decided to work towards a better, healthier and happier life 😌

Appreciate everyone that’s always had my back and motivated me to be better 🫶🏼 by @rhyshowarth_

I’ve been loving the journey lately, running was never my favourite thing to do in the past and I probably would have laughed at you if you told me I would learn to love it as I got older. it’s genuinely shown me that I’m capable of more than I give myself credit for and has given me confidence that I can get through hard things even when my mind is telling me to stop.
Love being surrounded by friends who keep me accountable, motivate me and push me to be better in everything I do especially when it comes to my health and mindset
