12.5 laps around a track later ⭕️ First time doing an all out 5k, first time doing any sort of running event and I can’t say I’m disappointed with the result. Didn’t really know what to expect heading into an 8 week training block in preparation for the 5k. Definitely some doubt crept in the week of but had to trust I had done enough work in the lead up. The day was amazing, extremely well run and the atmosphere was great!! Cant wait for track classic 2027 - sub 20min 👀👀
