GO SOMEWHERE.

Finish in fighting stance. Be ready to work.

My original GO Step teaching is now connected to an interactive 3D trainer. Choose your stance and direction. Study the movement, practise one detail, then bring that question back.

Available through AMSB Gym Online on Patreon. Link in bio.

Own your next step.

Watch the teaching. Call a movement. Keep the base.

Steps brings the original lessons beside22 movement references in orthodox and southpaw: four directions, pivots, switches and neutral. Solo, Group or Class. Barry’s recorded calls. The 12.

Start with one question: can you finish at the same height and in the same base?

Everybody was watching the head movement. I was watching the feet.

LOCCHE is now on Patreon. 🥊

Two complete steps around. One backward. Then keep the base underneath what comes next.

18 years of my work at A Million Styles Boxing. Another part of the system you can now study and practise with me:

• Original teaching, chapters and searchable supplied transcripts.
• 3D Body, Feet and Path views, both stances and directions.
• Solo, Partner and Class.
• Step-and-jab teaching examples, including stop, one–two and return.
• Transitions, free practice and the original 30-round programme.
• Assigned film-study references, saved studies, notes and work recovery.

Start with my lesson. Pick one detail. Practise it. Return to the original and look again.

If you’ve been away, come see what we’re building alongside Walking, Around the Ring and Rhythm Step.

Train through my Patreon. Link in bio.

Cinematic camera views use the trainer’s character models and retained movement. Teaching examples are constructed learning references; the original films remain the teaching source. Trainer screens are edited holds of actual current UI captures, rather than a continuous interaction recording.

He changed the rhythm. What did you do?

The new version of RHYTHM STEP is live on Patreon. 🥊

18 years of my work at A Million Styles Boxing. Now you can put your eyes and decisions to work in a game.

James moves, changes pace and prepares to come in. Your job isn’t to jab at everything. Recognize the Rhythm Step. Disengage. Have a look. Keep reading what comes next. Then choose whether to time an entry.

• A full 60-second game against James.
• Learn the controls in unscored practice.
• Learn the Rhythm Step with my original teaching.
• Replay an exchange at half speed, then face him again.
• On-screen and keyboard controls, with Hold/Tap settings.

If you’ve been away from the Patreon, come see what we’ve been building. Film study, the trainers and now this next chapter of Rhythm Step.

Cinematic sequences rendered from the game’s character models and approved movement. Gameplay preview uses scripted inputs; its HUD follows the recorded game state.
The gameplay preview is a separate scripted bout, edited into the film.

I sincerely appreciate sciences contribution in the recent years to combat sports development, boxing, mixed martial arts, Muay Thai and kickboxing. However, as I’ve said many years ago, they never consult with coaches such as myself in regard to what data I may that can be useful towards them building development tools that would be impactful and specific for what happens in competition. Instead of waiting for scientist, software developers and or consultants, for example to seek my insights, I decided to start building such tools on my own. The Rhythm Step Game is a great game and development tool that challenges the mind and conditions the mind to make conscious decisions during competition. Link in my bio to play. by @rhythmstep

He got caught, he lost to the better man. Anyone could get bored or distracted during basic 3-5 minute games and start doing things that’s not a task of the game. - @rhythmstep by @rhythmstep
