There are places where everything just makes sense.

moving through mountains, exploring new ground, and finding that connection with nature that’s hard to describe is where I wanna be

an adventure, exploration, and a constant test of discipline and potential and I like that , a lot .

A Thursday Sundown at Langsett - ended up being a beauty with added cool down dip for us all.

As the winds carried the scents of local moorland fires into the air, the mood was boyant yet chilled for this group of six .

we found ourselves in a less normal position as the group was entirely made up of men, something that hasn’t happened for a couple of years .

Middle aged (ish) men, running, opening up and sharing a cold water dip ensured it had more impact than expected .

For about 4 years this @vw Caddy Maxi 2014 plate has been one of my best purchases and decisions !

I was on the look for a WAV version, (wheelchair accessible vehicle ) for the reason of the extra space this maxi gave me.

Im pretty sure those who own a Caddy can’t stand up in theirs ? I maybe wrong? But I certainly can (helps not being tall) - but I love this extra space .

What do you think of the design? My friend Rich T was the genius behind this design , it’s simple yet super functional .

No gimics , no electronics - just stick my @yetieurope in and a few battery packs and I’m away!

The alloys and wheel upgrade by @baja_uk was a great idea made last winter

A whistle stop tour around the UTMB Loop -

I was here working with the tools 📸 following and documenting @amelie.runs for her relay leg and all things in and around the Altra relay event for @sportsshoes.outdoors and the @sportsshoes.patt team whom Amelie represents so well

There was great celebration as the 17 or so runners completed the 17 legs which seemingly fell on Bastille day 🇫🇷 , and the day France got knocked out of the FIFA ⚽️ World cup… mixed emotions for the French …Oui Oui

Our leg, was a blast , down single tracks and trails for 8km , with two cameras in hand 🥵. As that wasn’t enough , we then decided to join our friends on their leg later in the day, More photos were taken of course

We got up high on day three to capture a new shoe release , the scenes, as always … blown away

I’m not sure I’m getting any faster at running nor that I’m any good at football anymore .

I’m also not sure how long I’ll be in the shower or even if England will win the FIFA World Cup 2026™ , but I am Sure that I’ll be smelling good during this World Cup Campaign as @suredeodorantuk have sent me their Super Star Collection, I’ll be ensuring I beat the sweat and odor during this summer’s tournament !

I’ve been wanting to head down to South Wales and the gower for @lovetrailsfestival for the last couple of years and I finally got the chance , and it lived up to all my expectations!

I headed down with the best team with usual suspects and the wider super team ➡️ @thenorthfaceuk

Trail running and wine

Love Trails has it all, a festival like no other … congratulations to all involved .
