Back in April on my brother’s birthday I told him “I’m buying you a marathon ticket and some running shoes, and I’m running it with you.”

He took that challenge seriously. Six months of putting in the work!!! Going from not running to finishing his first full marathon. Absolutely savage!!

His goal was 4:30. I pushed him for 4:20 because I knew he had it in him. And he did.

Proud of you @robertmuzzall . This marathon was for you. A memory we’ll have forever. Love you🤞🏽🏁 taken in Long Beach, California by @rickymuzzall

I remember when I used to work early mornings, late nights, and barely had a life outside of the gym. Traveling wasn’t even something I could think about.

Now being able to leave the country, experience different parts of the world, and know that PRVL is still running back home is a blessing in itself.

Sometimes I forget to look back and appreciate how far things have come. Still got a long way to go but man…. I’m grateful for this life, my team, and everyone who’s helped me get here. God is good. 🖤🙏 taken in London, England by @rickymuzzall

@prvlbootcamp has been a project that’s been growing brick by brick since we opened back in 2022. Im MF proud of how far this place has come and the community behind it. We’ve knocked down walls, added dope lighting, changed the turf flooring, and added a whole lot more & we’re still not done. Like I always say DREAMS DEMAND HUSTLE. 🛠️ 🧱
