Another trip to Hope Haven today. Dropped off two bikes. The lady that received the pink bike was so excited. They are really loving these bikes at Hope Haven.

Today we delivered a bike to David’s Backpacks for the Homeless. They had a friend in need and we were able to fill that need. Working together we are changing lives.

Friday we went back to where it all started. We dropped off 3 bikes to the Community Shelter of Union County @community_shelter. We are happy to continue our relationship with them. They are an important part of the Union County community.

This past weekend we delivered two more bikes to Hope Haven. With warmer weather in our future and day light savings fast approaching, we expect the need to increase. We’re in good shape right now with the bikes we have but are always on the lookout for more. Let us know if you have any adult bikes you would like to donate.

Friday we continued our relationship with Hope Haven. We delivered three bikes to Hope Haven. It’s amazing how much freedom comes with an old bike.

We are little behind on posting. It’s been over a week since we made this deliver. The first bike of 2024 goes to Manna From Heaven. They are working with a lady who has been walking over an hour each way to and from work. This bike will cut that time tremendously. Think about the luxuries we enjoy in our cars that we “can’t live without”. Now look at this old used bike. It puts those word “can’t live without” into a whole new perspective.

Have you been blessed today? If so, what can you do today to bless someone else?

Happy New Year from Ride Again Bicycle Ministry. We had a good 2023. We gave away 73 bikes to 11 different organizations. That’s the good news.

The bad news is that we have no more bikes to give away. We have 5 bikes that need to be sold to help support the ministry. See the pictures of the bikes that are for sale.

If you are interest in purchasing one of these bikes or have a bike to donate, please let us know.

We made the final delivery of 2023 yesterday to Hope Haven. These three bikes went to 3 very appreciative people. One person will now be able to see their daughter again. That’s how a simple used bike can change a person’s life. You can be a part of these changes by donating a bike.

After our stop at Hope Haven, we stopped and delivered two bikes at a Anchor of Hope house and fixed a flat tire on another bike. This puts us at 70 bikes for 2023. This is our second best year. Looking forward to see what 2024 has in store.

What are you thankful for this week? Eight folks at Hope Haven are thankful for a bike to help them get around town.
