All eyes on Erin Go Glam 2026! This year’s luncheon reimagined Irish surrealism in soft hues and playful glamour. With imaginative cuisine and dreamy details at every turn, we invited guests to wander to the edge of elsewhere. Proof that sometimes the best place to be…is just beyond the ordinary.

From first taste to final toast 🥂

Every great event begins in our studio, at the tasting table. It’s where your vision meets our kitchen for the first time, and where menus and recipes for your celebration take shape. Nothing brings us more joy than watching it all come to life: months of planning, flavors dreamed up together, every detail perfected, and then the magic of seeing it all come together on the big day 💜

Might be the most fun I had on a dance floor thanks to Bad Bunny & a Transformer. But more importantly, this couple's love for each other truly permeated every detail and moment planned in such glorious fashion.

5 months ago, I pitched it

what if we put all 200 guests at ONE looooong table

what if we snaked a serpentine across the entire marble auditorium

what if the seating chart had no cards and no table numbers and only a map

they said, hell yah

so we proceeded to source, rent, hand-measure, and pre-stage 55 tables with 350 feet of linen

special thanks to @ridgewellsdc and @eventsatmellon for supporting the specs on another one of our never-been-done-before journeys

For H+N, we brought a little woodland magic to the Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium.

Against the grandeur of the room, sprawling greenery and lush florals felt almost as though they’d grown there. Candlelight softened the space, while the paper details and place settings carried the garden all the way to each guest’s seat.

My favorite part? Seeing such a formal setting feel intimate, inviting, and full of life.
