Pilates is purposeful, where all movement is controlled, and the apparatus/spring load is specific and intentional.

Clip 1 - heavier springs, quad/thigh working. Emphasis on the pushing out.

Clip 2 - lighter springs, hamstrings working. Emphasis on the pulling in.

Yes, my foot should be on the head rest in the center, but my legs are too short 😫 🙃
