✨We ended the year the best way we know how—together ✨

Holiday Windows once again transformed Supermoon Art Space into a glowing, whimsical celebration full of art, performances, and community. Closing out the year with this fundraiser reminded us how powerful it is when a neighborhood comes together to support one another.

A huge thank you to our incredible partners and sponsors who helped make the night possible and made our raffle so exciting:

Rolo’s • Stay Forever • Forever Young • Everyone Yoga • Ask Alita • El Gigante • Dada • Tiny Arts • Rudy’s • Bakeri • Norma’s • Marissa Fisher • Other People’s Clothes • Sol Proano • Ridgewood Pilates • Stolen Magnolia

And thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended and supported this fundraiser—your generosity directly supports the work we do and keeps these moments possible.

We’re heading into the new year with full hearts and so much gratitude. We can’t wait to gather with you again soon. Cheers to our community and all that’s ahead 🥂

This Self-Care Saturday, I’m embracing a soft morning—slow sips of tea, deep breaths, and setting the tone for the month with ease. 🌿☕️

If I’m being honest, I used to push my own needs to the side. Between work, showing up for others, and the constant go-go-go of life, I kept telling myself, “I’ll get to it later.” But later never came… until I decided to be intentional about it.

This March, I’m finally making space for something I’ve wanted to do for a while—Pilates! ✨ a reminder that we are constantly creating our reality. The small choices we make—how we start our mornings, the way we care for our bodies, the things we finally decide to try—shape the life we live.

So, tell me—what’s one thing you’ve wanted to do but keep putting off? Let’s make this the month one where we do it! 💫 Drop it in the comments! ⬇️💛

📣 Thank you, Gosia Calderon, from @ridgewoodpilates, for such a fantastic experience. Your class has been my favorite so far. I can’t wait to try out more! If you want to try Pilates, check out one of her classes! 🙌🏽

I’m excited to invite you to a special workshop I’m teaching—Pelvic Floor & More—at Ridgewood Pilates on Saturday, September 28th, at 10 AM. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic floor concerns or just curious about how it impacts core function, this is for you!

In this workshop, we’ll dive into:
The essential role your pelvic floor plays in core strength and overall health
How to recognize when there’s pelvic floor dysfunction (hint: it’s not always about Kegels!)
What physical therapy can do to help resolve common pelvic floor issues

This is a chance to learn more, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of your body. Whether you’ve experienced issues or simply want to prevent them, this session will give you practical, actionable insights.

The cost is $20 to register, and spots are limited, so make sure to grab yours today! Link in story and bio!
