Last night I fought for the Warriors Cup United States Title. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the win, losing by split decision. I thought I did enough to win, but some of the judges saw it differently. Respect to my opponent—it was a great fight and I had a lot of fun in there.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support me, and thank you to my coaches, teammates, and everyone at Rigoro for getting me ready.

IT’S FIGHT WEEK!

This Friday, Yoniel Santana steps into the ring on the biggest Muay Thai platform in the United States @warriorscup_3pp
We’ll be sharing the ring with a very talented opponent representing a great gym, and we have nothing but respect for both. These are the kinds of fights we want high level competition that brings out the best in everyone.
Yoniel is ready. We’re ready. The work has been done, and now it’s time to enjoy the moment, put on a great fight, and show what we’ve been working for.

Friday night, we go to work.

Let’s bring that TITLE back home. taken in Rigoro Martial Arts Gym by @rigorogym
